Position Summary

As a Customer Support Representative, you will provide exceptional in-person customer service while supporting sales efforts and promoting products and services. The ideal candidate is personable, eager to learn, and passionate about creating positive customer experiences.


Key Responsibilities

Customer Engagement

  • Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Answer questions and educate customers on available products and services.

Sales Support

  • Promote and sell products to customers.
  • Utilize effective sales techniques to meet or exceed performance goals.
  • Support branch sales initiatives and promotional campaigns.

Product Demonstrations

  • Conduct engaging product demonstrations and presentations.
  • Clearly communicate product features, benefits, and value.
  • Address customer concerns and questions effectively.

Relationship Building

  • Develop strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and ensure a positive customer experience.

Inventory & Merchandising

  • Assist in maintaining organized, fully stocked, and visually appealing displays.
  • Support inventory management and product replenishment efforts.

Sales Reporting

  • Accurately process sales transactions and document customer interactions.
  • Assist with tracking and reporting sales activity as needed.

Team Collaboration

  • Work closely with teammates to achieve customer service and sales objectives.
  • Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment.

Qualifications

  • Previous retail sales or customer service experience preferred, but not required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable interacting with a diverse customer base.
  • Basic understanding of sales principles and customer engagement.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
  • Experience with POS systems and cash handling is a plus.
  • Friendly, energetic, and professional demeanor.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs.

Education

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Additional education in Marketing, Business, or a related field is a plus.
